About me
Biomedical scientist and PhD in Bioinformatics from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG), where she also obtained a Master’s degree in Bioinformatics. She works in the field of structural bioinformatics, focusing on the computational analysis of protein–RNA interactions, molecular docking, structural modeling, development and curation of biological databases, and the study of biomolecular complexes. Throughout her academic training, she has participated in projects aimed at developing computational resources to support research in structural biology and bioinformatics. In addition to her research activities, she is dedicated to science communication, seeking to bring science closer to society through clear, accessible, and evidence-based communication.
