Collaboration network of Brazilian authors

We analyzed the data between collaborations between Brazilian authors in publications related to bioinformatics, highlighting their institutions. Then, we developed a visualization of the collaboration network using graphs. This visualization was made especially for the Brazilian Symposium on Bioinformatics (BSB 2020).
